Executive Director | Commissioner of Police (Rtd.)
Commissioner of Police (Rtd.) Habiba Yaa Akyere Twumasi-Sarpong is a highly accomplished and visionary law enforcement leader with over 36 years of distinguished service in the Ghana Police Service. Rising from Recruit Constable to Commissioner of Police, she broke barriers as the first female officer to bear the sword and command a graduation parade in the Service.
Her career has spanned crime prevention, community policing, domestic violence response, logistics, and welfare management, with notable leadership roles including Director-General of Welfare and Regional Commander of the Central Region. Internationally, she has served with the United Nations in Bosnia and Sudan, pioneering the UNAMID Police Women’s Network and championing gender-sensitive policing worldwide.
Habiba is a graduate of GIMPA (BSc Business Administration & Executive Master’s in Public Administration) and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Criminal Justice from the University of Leicester, among numerous international certifications. Her contributions to policing and peacekeeping have earned her recognition, including the International Association of Women Police Community Service Award (2016).
Today, she leads TAS Security Consult with a focus on empowering people, strengthening organizations, and aligning Ghanaian security practices with global standards.

Senior Consultant | Chief Superintendent of Police (Rtd.)
Chief Superintendent (Rtd.) John Asare Naami is a seasoned security professional with 39 years of experience in the Ghana Police Service. His career is marked by exceptional leadership in both command and staff roles across Police Units, Command Headquarters, sub-regional operations, and joint security assignments.
Specializing in intelligence and investigations, drug enforcement, counter-terrorism, counter-espionage, anti-money laundering, and terrorist financing, John has consistently brought sharp insight and operational expertise to every assignment. His last appointment before retirement was as Director of Operations at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Headquarters, where he oversaw high-level national operations.
He continues to contribute to policing and security capacity development as a resource person at the Police Detective Training School, mentoring the next generation of investigators. John is an alumnus of the Ghana Armed Forces Command & Staff College (GAFCSC) and the University of Ghana, Legon, further underscoring his blend of academic grounding and practical field experience.

Support Personnel
Kwaku Twumasi Sarpong is an engineer certified by the Ghana Institution of Engineering with over a decade of experience at the intersection of engineering and information systems. His expertise spans energy operations, SCADA systems, cybersecurity, and process instrumentation, where he has delivered solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and secure decision-making.
At West Coast Gas Ghana Limited, he led the implementation of SCADA and database systems for Ghana’s national gas network, enabling real-time monitoring and saving millions through smarter demand-supply alignment. He also spearheaded the Hydrocarbon Accounting Platform, transforming complex data into practical tools for national operations. Earlier, at Huawei Technologies, he helped deploy LTE infrastructure and supported core network modernization for MTN Ghana, Vodafone Ghana, Glo Ghana, and Orange Sierra Leone, boosting regional connectivity.
Kwaku holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering (KNUST) and an Executive MBA in Project Management (University of Ghana), alongside certifications in PMP, Prince2 Agile, SCADA Security, ISO/IEC 27001, and IBM Data Analytics. He has also trained in software development and data science at the University of Texas in Austin and MIT Schwarzman College of Computing.
